Individual callers interacting with Simone as a general marketing/informational assistant for Cyber Safe Box itself (as opposed to a client's deployed instance) are not submitting Protected Health Information (PHI) through this general business line. If you are a patient of one of our clients' medical practices using a Cyber Safe Box-powered AI receptionist, please refer to that specific practice's privacy policy and Notice of Privacy Practices regarding your PHI.
